We clean surfaces and touch points using antiviral disinfectant effective against Coronavirus. Certified European standards EN1276, EN13697 and EN14467.

We provide hand sanitiser gel with 70% alcohol at key locations.

We have increased cleaning routines of public area surfaces and touch points.

We thermally disinfect all bed linen and towels.

We thermally disinfect bedroom furniture covers.

We have in increased the distance between our dining tables to over 3m (9ft).

We have a 2m (6ft) social distance policy.

Face masks are mandatory when transiting public areas and we ask guests to respect the social distance between guests not in their party.
